Ingredients
Tea:
6 cups (48 oz) water
6–8 teaspoons (or tea bags) of Lemon Blast herbal tea
Ice (for shaking and serving)
1–2 fresh lemons, sliced
Blueberry Syrup:
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup sugar (or honey)
½ cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation
Make the Blueberry
In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and water.
Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, mashing the berries slightly.
Strain the mixture to remove solids and stir in the lemon juice. Let cool.
Brew the Tea
Boil 6 cups of water and steep the Lemon Blast tea for 5–7 minutes (longer for a stronger flavor).
Allow it to cool to room temperature.
Shake to Chill
Fill a large cocktail shaker (or a jar with a lid) with ice.
Pour in 1 cup of brewed tea and 1 oz of blueberry syrup. Shake well.
Repeat in batches until all the tea is chilled.
Serve & Enjoy
Fill glasses with ice and lemon slices.
Pour the shaken tea over the ice. Stir gently if needed.
Garnish with extra lemon slices or fresh blueberries for a beautiful finish.
