Return and Refund Policy for Cup'ital Tea

Thank you for shopping with Cup'ital Tea. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products: Due to the nature of tea and consumable goods, we can only accept returns on non-perishable items such as accessories or merchandise. Opened tea products are not eligible for return.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used tea products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at info@cupitaltea.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.

  • Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@cupitaltea.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@cupitaltea.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item for faster resolution. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has shipped.

  • If the order has already shipped, the return process outlined above will apply.
