Ingredients
4 cups brewed black tea (strong and bold flavor)
1 cup boba pearls (tapioca pearls)
4 tbsp brown sugar (or sweetener of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
4 cups cold milk (dairy or plant-based)

Preparation
Cook the Boba Pearls:
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Add the boba pearls and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once cooked, drain and rinse the pearls under cold water to remove excess starch.
Brew the Black Tea:
Brew 4 cups of black tea using your preferred method (hot steep or cold brew).
Let the tea cool to room temperature or chill it in the fridge.
Sweeten the Tea:
In a separate bowl, mix the cooked boba pearls with 4 tbsp of brown sugar. Let them soak to absorb sweetness.
Assemble:
Fill 4 glasses with ice.
Add 1 cup of brewed black tea to each glass.
Pour in 1 cup of your preferred milk.
Add the sweetened boba pearls to each glass.
Optionally, add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
