About the Recipe
This Jasmine Strawberry Iced Tea combines the delicate floral notes of jasmine green tea with the sweetness of homemade strawberry syrup. It’s a refreshing, fruity drink perfect for warm days or anytime you want a flavorful twist on iced tea.

Ingredients
4 cups of water
4 teaspoons of Cup'ital Tea Jasmine Green Tea (or 4 tea bags)
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water (for the syrup)
Ice cubes
Fresh strawberries or mint for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Brew the tea: Heat 4 cups of water to just below boiling. Steep the Jasmine Green Tea for 3-5 minutes, then let it cool to room temperature.
Make the syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the strawberries, sugar, and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Cook for 10 minutes until the strawberries break down. Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve and let it cool.
Assemble your iced tea: Fill a large pitcher with ice cubes. Add the cooled Jasmine Green Tea and 3-4 tablespoons of the strawberry syrup (adjust for sweetness). Stir well.
Serve and enjoy: Pour the iced tea into glasses, garnish with fresh strawberries or mint if desired, and enjoy your perfectly balanced blend of floral and fruity flavors!
Tips:
For extra flavor, muddle a few fresh strawberries in your glass before pouring the tea.
Store any leftover strawberry syrup in the fridge for up to a week. It's great in lemonade or cocktails too!
